Luis Oceja Fernández is Associate Professor of the Department of Social Psychology in the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His interests as researcher are focused on the study of the antecedents and consequents of (a) normative compliance, (b) mixed emotions, and (c) social motives.

Sergio Salgado

Sergio Salgado is Doctor (PhD) in Social and Organizational Behavior by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM, 2009). His thesis, directed by Professor Luis Oceja, raised a first theoretical characterization and experimental verification of the motive whose ultimate goal is to increase the welfare of the world (i.e., Quixoteism). Currently, Sergio works as postdoctoral fellow sponsored by CONICYT (Chile) in the Department of Social Psychology and Methodology at the UAM, with a view to further investigation of prosocial motivation in general, and of Quixoteism in particular.

Tamara Ambrona Benito, is graduated in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2008). In this moment she is studying her PhD Program called “Social and organizational behavior” at the same University. She has developed her research contributing to the Department of Social Psychology through her assistance to congresses, development of articles and her labor in projects of research: “Characterization of the emotional experience” and “Analysis of the experiences and complex emotions “. Her research is focused on Social Motives through the study of presentation of the victims and the social dilemmas.
